Last week, firearms were taken from vehicles parked at Bally’s Evansville Casino & Hotel in Indiana.
The robberies occurred around 2 a.m. Friday. The vehicles were abandoned in the north parking area of the casino, as reported by Indiana TV station WFIE.
One car, a Dodge Charger, had its back left window shattered. A 9mm handgun that was loaded was taken from inside the vehicle. A 9 mm handgun, fully loaded, was taken from a Ford Fusion in the parking area after its rear left window was shattered. It was discovered in the area.
The suspect is currently being pursued. No worth was given for the absent firearms.
Man Killed in Shooting at California Eatery
California law enforcement is looking for the individual who seriously injured a victim while they were at a restaurant on Saturday.
The fatal event occurred around 8 p.m. at Salvimex Restaurant, situated on South Vermont Avenue close to Rosecrans Avenue in Gardena, California.
The police informed Los Angeles TV station KTLA that the restaurant was reportedly the location of an illicit casino. The claims have not been verified yet.
Police disclosed that both the shooter and the victim were frequent patrons of the restaurant.
The two men were at separate tables when the suspect suddenly got up, walked over to the victim, and shot him. At least one bullet struck the victim in the chest, and he passed away at the location.
Law enforcement did not promptly disclose the identity of the victim, who was characterized as a 35-year-old male. There is no information indicating whether the victim and the shooter were acquainted prior to the incident.
An autopsy will probably be conducted to verify the victim’s identity, along with determining the cause and manner of death.
The suspect was last observed leaving the restaurant in a vehicle. As of Monday, authorities had not disclosed his description, but he is thought to be aged between 35 and 40 years.

Two Individuals Submit Guilty Pleas
Recently, two defendants in Michigan admitted guilt for running a gambling operation without having a license.
Linos Antonio Kas-Mikha, 52, from Grand Blanc, Mich., and Robert Jameson, 55, from Saginaw, Mich., were apprehended following a police probe into an unlawful storefront casino in Flint, as reported by Michigan TV station WJRT.
Kas-Mikha is set to receive his sentence on November 25, whereas Jameson will be sentenced on December 2.
They may confront up to 10 years of incarceration and might be required to pay fines totaling up to $100,000.
